By commissioning services from Club Sandwich Build Team or using our website, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Club Sandwich is a Rec Room build team that provides professional development services, including custom commissions, workshops, and consultation services.

• Commission Services: Unique Rec Room experiences tailored to your vision.

• Workshops: Hands-on sessions that teach building skills using Rec Room tools like the Maker Pen and circuits.

• Consultation Services: Expert advice on room design and optimization.

3. Service Terms

Commission Services

• All commission details must be agreed upon in writing before work begins.

• Payment schedules are established per project, typically 50% upfront and 50% on completion.

• Minor revisions are included. Major changes may require additional fees.

• Project timelines will be communicated and agreed upon before starting.

• All builds remain within Rec Room’s ecosystem and must follow Rec Room’s terms.

Workshops

• Workshop attendance may be limited by capacity.

• We provide educational content but cannot guarantee skill improvement.

• Participants must follow Rec Room’s community guidelines.

Intellectual Property

• Commissioned builds belong to the commissioning party.

• Club Sandwich may showcase completed work in our portfolio.

• All content is subject to Rec Room’s terms and policies.

• We respect intellectual property and will not copy existing designs without permission.

4. User Accounts & Community

Website Accounts

• Accounts are used to manage commissions, join workshops/classes, receive event invites, comment on blog posts, and stay connected with the community.

• You must provide accurate contact information.

• One person may not maintain multiple accounts.

• Account security is your responsibility.

Community Guidelines

• Maintain respectful communication with team members and other users.

• Follow Rec Room’s community standards in all interactions.

• No harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior.

• Respect project timelines and communication schedules.

5. Payment & Pricing

Commission Pricing

• Pricing varies based on project complexity, timeline, and requirements.

• Quotes will be provided before work begins.

• Payment may be in Rec Room tokens, real currency, or other agreed methods.

• Rush jobs may require additional fees.

Refund Policy

• Partial refunds may be available if a project is cancelled before 50% completion.

• No refunds are available for completed work that meets the agreed specifications.

• Disputes are handled case-by-case with documentation.

• Quality Standards: We aim to create professional-quality builds that meet community standards.

• Platform Limitations: All work is subject to Rec Room’s technical limitations and policies.
